Horizontal cabinet door slammed upward

I posted this as a problem earlier. The contractor and carpenter who were there when i pointed out to them said 'it is like that one'). I specifically said the slamming was so hard that i wondered how long could the cabinet (hinges and all) last! So the contractor suggested that he would get someone to 'screw tighter'. When he left, i still wondered what could be the solution.
The master came today and rectified the problem.
Solution, change the pump to lighter unit.... From 15 to 10.
And hence problem solved!
Another lesson learned.
